“you seem the same as always, –” [1] evolved during a residency at Camden Arts Centre in 2010 and was Davis’s response to Camden Art Centre’s exhibition of Eva Hesse’s ‘studioworks’ – ambiguous objects that were left un-classified in Hesse’s studio after her untimely death.
